When to use this

You keep coming back to the same subject, whether that is a client, a course, a piece of writing or a household project, and you are tired of re-explaining the background every time you open a new chat.

Workflow

  1. Create a project for a topic you return to often, not for one off questions

  4. Revisit the project occasionally and remove anything outdated or no longer accurate

  5. Keep sensitive projects separate from ones you might share access to later
